Student Concession (does not include conference dinner)	$200.00
Discount for 3 or more registrations: Early Bird (received before close of business 18th August)	$525.00
Discount for 3 or more registrations: Full Fee Conference Package	$600.00
Additional Conference Dinner Tickets available @	$120.00

PLEASE NOTE:

This registration form becomes a Tax Invoice once all Delegate Details are completed. Registration will not be complete until payment is received at the address above by the due dates. Cancellations must be received in writing at the Conference Office. Cancellations received before 1st November will receive a full refund less a $120 administration fee. Cancellations received after 1st November will normally receive no refund. Transfer of registration from one person to another is possible if original delegate is unable to attend.
