Call for Papers

The Language of the Conference is English

We are calling for submissions to present at the conference. Submissions are welcome for abstract, full written paper (peer reviewed for publication), symposia, panel, workshop or poster presentations

Submission Guidelines  

 

Abstracts of no more than 250 words, describing your presentation should be emailed by Friday 3 February 2006. Each abstract should include full contact details, including the speaker's brief bio, institution affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address; it is important to include also 3 keywords for allocating your paper in one of the conference streams. The organising committee will review abstracts and authors will be notified by Monday 6th March 2006 about the acceptance of their presentation submission.

The organising committee will review papers and authors will be notified by Monday 6th March 2006 about the acceptance of their papers.

Presentation  

 

It is expected that all submissions will presented by the author, or by at least one of the authors in the case of joint papers. If you are not able to attend the session, we will have to drop your name. The standard equipment will be PowerPoint and data show projection. Please make sure you bring printed and electronic copies of your paper or your slides with you.

 

Publication


Full written Papers will be reviewed for acceptance. Authors may ask to have their full papers formally refereed for publication in the conference proceedings. As well, some stream convenors may develop their own publishing projects using selected papers from their streams.
