Registration

Registration fees include access to all workshop and materials; all meals served on site/ refreshment breaks/ conference dinner;  afternoon/evening cultural event and all applicable taxes. (What is not included: accommodation and self guided tourist activities.)

Badges

All delegates are required to wear their name badges during the conference and social events. All badges can be collected from the conference registration desk which will be setup at Victoria University on level 9, 300 Flinders Street Melbourne

Lost Badges

Lost badges can be replaced at the registration desk.

Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: must be in writing. If unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. A full refund, less $75.00 administration fee, is available for cancellations received before 21 October 2006. Regrettably, NO refunds can be made on or after 01 November. 

Cloakroom 

A cloakroom service is available at the Registration desk.

Coffee breaks

During the session breaks, refreshments (coffee, tea, water) will be served.

Lunch and Refreshments

Lunch will be served for all registered participants in the Level 9 open area.

Eating out in Melbourne

There are many places to dine in Melbourne. One popular area is Southbank, located directly across the Yarra River

Communications Area

Internet Access will be made available for all delegates during the conference by the Conference Organisers. This will be available on Level 10 and accessible via the Level 9 stairs or via the lift.

Car Parking

Car Parking is available at 300 Flinders Street, the conference venue.
